Profile
A hybrid profile across product, data and systems. For three years I built the technology function of an accounting and advisory firm with four offices and more than 500 clients from the ground up. It was not a predefined role: I identified the needs, proposed the solutions, built them, put them into production and trained the people who use them every day.
I combine the technical side —process automation, business intelligence, SQL, Python and CRM administration— with a background in Economics. That lets me understand the business before building the tool, and speak the language of the people who make the decisions.

Business Automation & Technology Lead
Accounting and advisory firm with four offices and more than 500 clients
Ourense, Spain · September 2023 – September 2026
De facto head of the technology function, which did not exist before I joined. Progressed from internship to full responsibility for product and technology, serving the Accounting & Tax, Payroll, Legal and Administration departments.
- Designed and built the management reporting system for the board: client portfolio, workload per consultant, billing and profitability in real time.
- Automated the full commercial cycle, from quotation to client onboarding: from seven systems down to one.
- Built the subsidy processing system with a conditional form, a calculation engine and escalating reminders.
- Full administration of the corporate CRM and design of automated workflows across departments (Bitrix24, Power Automate, Make, n8n).
- Led the adoption of AI across the firm: API integration, compliant usage guidelines and ongoing staff training.
- Coordinated the server migration and the redesign of the document structure. Point of contact with technology vendors and responsible for the response to major incidents.
- Combined the technology role with fee-earning work: own portfolio of 30 bookkeeping clients and a year managing the official e-notifications service.
